AXIS has evolved from a Regional Academy to an Academy Support Centre and Instructor Training Centre. We have partnered with Cisco to provide training and support services related to the Cisco Networking Academy Program to Cisco Academies mainly in Cyprus.

We act as the axis for the Cisco Networking Academies in Cyprus, providing program coordination, training, administration, support and promotion of the Program. Our main objective is to promote the intelligent use of information technology through a state-of-the-art curriculum developed by the pioneers in the field; those, who make Internet a reality. Our mission is to support, monitor and promote the Cisco Academy Program.

As an ASC we specialise and excel in preparing and enhancing the quality and sustainability of Cisco Academies. We provide essential operational support to Cisco Academies which is required throughout an academy’s lifecycle.  The scope of this support includes helping academies with initial onboarding activities (recruiting academic institutions to become Cisco Academies), appropriate curriculum selection, and preparing for curriculum and program changes. We help connect academy members to new tools, programs, products and services offered by Cisco, Instructor Training Centers and NetAcad Resource Partners, thus allowing Academies and their students to get the maximum benefit from being a part of the program.

As an ITC our goal is to provide high quality learning experiences for new and continuing Cisco Academy instructors and increase student access to effective classroom instruction. We select and train instructors and promote them to local Cisco Academies where they are recruited to teach Cisco courses.
